Meet Bobby Jenkins

Bio
Bobby Jenkins is a native of Rutherford County, North Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master Degree in Public Administration with honors from North Carolina State University, and his law degree with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in law school, Bobby was a member of the North Carolina Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
Bobby was in full-time private practice for 18 years, during which time he handled personal injury cases across North Carolina. He has argued before both the North Carolina Court of Appeals and Supreme Court and has tried cases in both state and federal court.
In 2010, Bobby joined the faculty of the Charlotte School of Law as an Assistant Professor, where he teaches torts, remedies, and advanced litigation classes. He also continues as an adjunct faculty member at the UNC School of Law.
Bobby's broader involvement in the legal profession has included service on the North Carolina Bar Association Litigation Section Council, the Trial Practice Curriculum Committee, and the Medico-Legal Liaison Committee.
In 2012, Bobby joined Lanier Law Group, P.A. in an of-counsel capacity. He works with the firm on product liability and related personal injury matters.
Memberships
Bobby served two terms on the North Carolina Advocates for Justice Board of Governors and has also been active in the Wake County Bar Association, the Susie Sharp Inn of Court, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.

Bobby received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Masters in Public Administration with honors from North Carolina State University, and his law degree with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
